Refund and cancellation rules

This policy explains refund handling for memberships, digital resources, service bookings, App Store / Google Play subscriptions and Web payments.

Platforms and payment methods

App Store / Google Play

Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by those platforms under their rules.

Web payments

For Web, Stripe or other web checkout orders, Machi reviews order status, usage, service progress and local law.

Digital resources

Downloaded, unlocked or accessed digital resources are usually not refundable without cause unless required by law or there is a material issue.

Service bookings

Cancellation and rescheduling

Services not yet started may be cancelled or rescheduled under order rules. Late cancellation, lateness or no-shows may incur fees.

Partial refunds

If service has started, human work was invested or third-party costs occurred, only partial refunds or no refund may be available.
