Users across countries, cities, languages, cultures and identities should be treated equally.
Housing, hiring, secondhand, services, events and business content should be real, complete and verifiable.
Prefer public places, keep communication records and do not prepay unverified people.
Harassment, stalking, hate, discrimination, non-consensual privacy exposure and impersonation are not allowed.
Scams, fake jobs, fake housing, misleading services, spam and phishing links are prohibited.
Dangerous meetups, adult/illegal/violent content, threats, weapons, drugs and other illegal acts are prohibited.
Users can report or block. Machi may review, label, remove, limit accounts, suspend business verification or disclose necessary information.
