Sales Terms

Price

Prices are shown on each membership plan, digital resource, service booking or product page. Prices are generally tax-inclusive where applicable; taxes or regional differences are shown at checkout when relevant.

Additional fees

Users are responsible for their own internet connection costs. Service bookings may involve transport, official fees, material costs, third-party fees or bank/payment provider fees; foreseeable items are described on the order page or service description.

Accepted payment methods

Web payments mainly use Stripe-supported cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and related methods. App Store / Google Play purchases follow the relevant platform rules. Actual available methods are shown at checkout.

Payment period

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other instant payment methods are processed when the order is confirmed. If bank transfer or another non-instant method is offered, the deadline shown on the order page applies.

Delivery time

Digital resources are usually unlocked immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. Membership benefits usually activate after payment confirmation. Service bookings are provided at the agreed time after request and scheduling confirmation.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Customer-requested cancellation or refund

Service bookings that have not started may be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded under the order page and Refund Policy. Downloaded, unlocked or accessed digital resources are usually not refundable without cause unless required by law or there is a material issue.

Defective goods or services

If a digital resource cannot be accessed, a file is materially damaged, order benefits do not activate or a service materially differs from the order description, contact hi@machicity.com. Machi will review and may provide repair, re-delivery, equivalent replacement, partial refund or refund.

Ongoing subscription contracts

Membership subscriptions can be cancelled according to App Store, Google Play, Stripe or Web order-page rules. Cancellation usually does not remove access already paid for; renewal status follows the relevant platform.

Payment use boundary

Payments on Machi are not used for dating, matchmaking, escort services, paid companionship, adult services, or one-to-one romantic introductions.

Application period

If a limited-time activity, booking slot or promotion has an application period, it is shown on the relevant page or order page.

Available quantity

If digital resources, memberships or service bookings have quantity, capacity, region or language limits, they are shown on the relevant page.

Operating environment

Machi Web supports modern browsers. iOS / Android app system requirements follow the relevant store listing when released.

Updates

This page can be updated from the admin console. Material changes may be announced through the website, order pages, in-app notices or other reasonable methods.
